Neither contracting party is liable for failing to perform on time and/or for performing improperly, in whole or in part, any obligation under this contract, if the non-performance or improper performance was caused by force majeure as defined by law, for reasons beyond the parties’ control.
The party invoking force majeure must notify the other party of the event within 5 (five) days and take all possible measures to limit its consequences.
11. Disputes
Any dispute between the Client and the Provider will be settled amicably by agreement between the two parties. Where this is not possible, jurisdiction lies with the Romanian courts, namely the court within whose territorial jurisdiction the registered office of S.C. AGENTIE SEO BUCURESTI S.R.L.
12. Final provisions
S.C. AGENTIE SEO BUCURESTI S.R.L. reserves the right to make any changes to these provisions, as well as any changes to the website agentieseobucuresti.ro, its structure or any other changes that may affect the Website, without any prior notice to the visitor or client.
